Eden Grace Marie Loewen was born on June 21, 2024 to Cory and Brooke Loewen at the Janeway Children’s Hospital in St. John’s Newfoundland at 12:37 in the afternoon. She gained her angel wings at 2:15 am on June 22 while in her mother’s arms. A few months before her birth we learned that we were growing an angel due to a fatal birth defect.
Eden was a beautiful little girl with dark hair to match her momma. And long fingers and toes. Her little cries and squeaks. The grip of her fingers her ticklish toes. And how she loved to snuggle are memories we’ll cherish forever our prayers were answered by the few precious hours she had with us. They were spent being cuddled by her Daddy and Momma and big brother Duncan. Papa and Grammie. And Uncles and Aunties. Before going back to Jesus.
With empty, aching arms we leave her in His care: Daddy and Momma and brother Duncan (2), Papa Gord and Grammie Eunice Weibe, Grandpa Gary and Grandma Delores Loewen and a host of Uncles, Aunties and Cousins.
Gone before her are her Auntie April, Uncle Stewart and Cousin Jaci.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, Bonavista Bay Congregation, Lethbridge, Newfoundland.
