Passed away peacefully at Carbonear Hospital on Friday, August 22, 2025, Dulcie Hynes-Pardy of Lethbridge, age 77 years.
Predeceased by her 1st husband Aux Capt. Gerald Hynes; parents Cecil and Naomi Pollard; grandson Jeremy Stride; great grandson Jamie Klontz and brother Scott Pollard.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Albert of 12 years; children Kevin (Christina), Jacqueline Stride (Craig), Scott (Goldie) and Gerald (Wendy); step children Diane (Eli), Shawn (Roxanne), Juanita (Craig) and Natasha; grandchildren Laura (Shane), Erica (Stuart), Andrew (Jessyca), Stephen (Amy), Craig (Janelle), Joey, Nichole (Grant), Noelle (Randy), Jessica, Alysha, Zachary, Cory, Michael, Elissa and all her grand fur babies; great grandchildren Lucus, Kimberly, Hailey, Mason, Emily, Lexi, Caroline, Landon, Kalem, Kailey, Jake, Abbie, Colby, Parker and Ryker; sisters May Fallis, Myra Baggs (Bert), Aveline Hedderson (Mervin), Jane Pelley (Keith) and Margaret Humby (Gordon); brothers Eric Pollard (Victoria) and Philip Pollard (Ruby); her sister Brenda (Larry) Wickline; brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, and a large circle of family and friends.
Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Musgravetown with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lethbridge. No flowers by request. In her memory donations made to the Salvation Army Citadel, Musgravetown.
Special thanks to her homecare workers Cavelle and Cindy and her step granddaughter Jessica for their exceptional love and care of our mother. Thank you to Shawn & Eliol Pardy for the endless hours of help given in so many way with and for mom. Also thank you to the staff at Carbonear Hospital as well for their compassion and care.
