July 11, 2023 at 3:43 pmUncle Lewis,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Christel. I know the next while will be difficult for you as you shared 63 wonderful, close years together. I will remember many things about Aunt Christel: her gracious hospitality, her love for dogs – she always wanted to hear about Sasha and see her if I had her home with me, her hugs, and I am thankful for the gift of the quilt that she gave me many years ago. I have her quilt on my couch in my living room (I covered up in it just yesterday).
Be assured of my prayers for you Uncle Lewis and be assured of God’s presence with you. He is with you during this time, as He is always.
Love Rebecca
