KING, Bertha (Rodway) – Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross memorial Hospital, Clarenville, NL on May 1, 2020, Bertha King of Clarenville, NL, aged 69 years. Predeceased by father John Rodway; mother Blanche Strowbridge; step father Fred Strowbridge; sister Virginia; brothers Clyde, Moses and Derek; parents in law Gordon & Bessie King. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband George of 52 years; children David (Rhonda) of Clarenville, NL, Nancy Hounsell (Brian) of Ontario; four grandchildren Amanda (Mike), Stacey (Chad), Kaitlyn (Corey), Shane (Kathleen); five great grandchildren Nevaeh, Mason, Rachel, Landon and Jack; sister Lillian Boutcher (Elwin) of Come by Chance, NL and a large circle of family and friends. Due to COVID-19 a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
